How to book
- Send an inquiry by WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
- Share your date, group size, pickup point and the experience you want.
- Carvell will confirm availability and send a personalised quote.
- Your date is secured once the required deposit is received.

Payment & deposits
Cash is preferred. Card and wire transfer are also accepted. A deposit is required for advance bookings to secure your date; the amount and balance due will be confirmed in your quote.

Changes & cancellations
Plans change, and we’ll always try to help. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Any cancellation terms, including whether a deposit is refundable, will be stated with your quote before you pay.
Outdoor experiences may be adjusted for weather or safety. If that happens, we’ll work with you on the best available alternative.
